David O’Connor is an experienced IT and digital transformation leader, who has supported successful outcomes in dynamic and changeable environments across different industries and geographies, most recently in the Australian higher education sector. David has led business transformation and digital programs that have supported increased commercial success, improved operational efficiency, reduced business costs, and risks, and enhanced cyber governance and compliance.
